When I came to Alaska in 1984, I had to leave my EAR doctor from the Cleveland Clinic who treated me since I was 3 years old..I have chronic external otitis that reoccurs every 3 to 6 weeks with a bug that is resistant to most known antibiotics.. I was referred to Dr. Zirul through Dr Mersol in Cleveland. His reputation is well known outside of Alaska. Dr Zirul and his staff are amazing.. I got excellent care with them. They are kind compassionate and professional. Dr Zirul did a procedure to fix an issue caused by a bad burn. I recommend them highly!!!!
Dr. Zirul and his staff at the surgery center are absolutely amazing! After months of not sleeping and dealing with chronic ear infections, my 10 month old was referred to Dr. Zirul for ear tubes. Not a single antibiotic worked for this kid. When I called the office they said it would be a two month wait because the doctor was heading out of town. Dr. Zirul is a fantastic surgeon. He very successfully completed my complete thyroidectomy with 3 large nodules 6 years ago, and I'm back again for a rhinoplasty and bone spur removal. I have complete confidence in him and his ability.
