New name same company. Yadtel. They lay fiber all across the area yet won't service condos and apartments because it's "too hard for our construction team " and if you wanted that answer you wont get it. Because if you call into sales and they never have plans to service you, they will never call you back. If their sales team operates that way, imagine the service you get, they are spreading too thin and won't even service the vast majority of people ( condos and apartments). This company is a complete joke.
Recently had internet service installed. I have phone and internet services with 2 different providers in a neighboring counties. I've had phone and internet issues that they have been unable to fully correct for 30 years! It's to the point it's difficult to effectively operate a business. Without question the most responsive and customer friendly IT and Internet company I have ever dealt with. Live voices, technically knowledgeable, and they promptly return calls!
We came home from church one day and found a card on our door I called Jonathan the next day he said we could have fiber internet in our home by the end of July this was the first week of July he scheduled our install and he was right by the 28th it was up and running in our home great service great tech support I've spoken to our neighbors about connecting as well great job!
Great company with great internet! They worked with our schedule based on our closing date and we are very happy with the install.
