It's been around for many years and he tries his best to keep up with things. I do believe his tenants could help a bit and I feel they take advantage of him. He has the lowest lot rent in any mobile home park these days and if I had a mobile home I would put mine there. He would give you the shirt off of his back if he had to he's just that kind of guy. Again people take advantage of his kindness and that just is not fair to him.
Zip will not do anything about loud neighbors. Drugs in the lower half. Ppl drive fast. Won't fix the yard he dug up...
