I picked up my car at the Port of Charleston and was unable to attach my temporary military shipping plates. Craig understood our problem and Travis finished the job completed quickly. Thanks to Zip's for the assist!
We were on our way to Isle of Palms from Cincinnati when the AC started having issues. We had 3 adults (2 of them pregnant) and 2 dogs and had a rough trip down due to the heat! Zips was recommended to us when we arrived. I spoke with Craig and he was able to get us in first thing the next day. I brought my car there for the first time a few weeks ago, Craig & his staff were friendly and very thorough trying to figure out the problem with the car that the car dealership could not. They are reasonable, knowledgable and persistent with wanting to get the job done right the first time. I will definitely be using them again ☺️
Place is horrible. Had my assembly fan replaced, the guy forgot to actually plug it in. Absolute joke of a service center. Led to more problems.
