I still keep going there but I need to switch and have been meaning to. There gas been about 3 times ive gone and there was no assistant out there however there is a new crew now my only complaints is twice this week Wednesday and today Ive gone and there were no towel and spray cart out. Wednesday I asked for some the young man said they got rained on and he was washing them...I said oh ok sounds like a reasonable reason. Then today there was the same issue and same young man. I like this neighborhood car wash. I've been with them for going on 11 years. They're friendly, courteous and quick to help. I look forward visiting Zips if I'm having a hard day. I know it's going to be a relaxing experience going through their wash. The staff is always professionally dressed and visible.
