My first time there was horrible!! My husband went there to drop my clothes off and he stood there in line for literally 20 minutes while employee's dealt with another customer issue. Keep in mind it was only 2 customers in front of him they finally helped one of the customer but the one customer who had a issue was still in front. No employee ever acknowledged my husband he stood there in line with no one ever asking him did he need any help or anything. So my husband just left. There customer sucks!
