Zips Cleaners completely ruined one of my polo shirts and handled the situation in the worst way possible. I dropped off multiple polos for dry cleaning, and one came back clearly damaged. When I returned this past Friday to show the issue, the staff took pictures and promised the manager would call me Monday. That call never came. I had to go back to the store myself on Monday, only to be handed back my ruined shirt with no solution.
