I had a nine year old backpack that was absolutely coming apart where the straps met the seam. I took it to ZIPS and just asked from them to fix it and not worry about getting it looking good. When I picked it up, it looked NEW. I was so amazed, the seamstress is a miracle worker!
First time using Zips. I needed a rush order and they came through! Dropping off and picking up the staff on duty were friendly and professional.
