Hi, dropped off Two dress shirts one was black and the other white on January 6 2026. The person that taken my request must of been new. Because another person was helping him on the register. I picked up my shirts on January 7 2026. My white shirt wasn’t pretreated around the collar or sleeves cuff and wasn’t lightly starched. The collar and cuffs was Dirty and unacceptable.
