Pet owners, beware! We have a cat, and they could not clean my husband's suit or my dress because they had cat hair. I do not trust a dry cleaner that cannot clean animal hair off of clothing. Also, I did not find out that our clothes were rejected (their words) until I came in to pick up the clothes. Apparently, it's policy not to call customers for rejected items. I dropped of over 20 items. 3 of them were coats. I had to give them right back because all stains, wrinkles were still there. It looked like they added some blond hairs. Nearly everything else looks just like I dropped it off. To make things worst they tore the back of my paints and said that I dropped it Off like that. I’m pretty certain that I didn’t but it’s my fault for not going over it with them. I’m very disappointed. They did take them back to try again. I’ll see how that turns out. I guess you get what you pay for.
DONT GO!!!! THEY LOSE THINGS AND SAY YOU PICKED IT UP WENT TODAY TO GET A CLAIM FORM AND THEY SAID WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A CLAIM FORM BECAUSE WE DID NOT LOSE YOUR SHIRT STAY FAR FAR AWAY
