I don't trust them anymore, and recommend that you don't trust them either. done with them for life. there is a place right down the street with the same price
The worse dry cleaners ever. I dropped off 2 brand new suits to be pressed. When i picked them up, they looked worse. I have witnessed them losing items. The customer service is horrible at best. I have called several times and left a couple of messages, of course no one called me back. I try to support minority business owners, but this is one I can't continue to support. I have read other poor reviews and they have no desire to correct the deficiencies.
RecommendedI always get nervous with large companies like Zips. I mean, they process so many articles of clothing, something is bound to be missed. So, I’ve been using them for over 2 years and that has never happened. Then, flashback to a week ago when I’m on day 6 of looking for my keys. Who calls to say they were found in a pair of pants that I dropped off earlier that evening? Zips! Tammy even stayed a little later so I could go out and get them. Thank you!!
They discard your clothes if not picked up after 30days. No email, calls or notice. "Read the back of your receipt"!!!!
Pet owners, beware! We have a cat, and they could not clean my husband's suit or my dress because they had cat hair. I do not trust a dry cleaner that cannot clean animal hair off of clothing. Also, I did not find out that our clothes were rejected (their words) until I came in to pick up the clothes. Apparently, it's policy not to call customers for rejected items. RecommendedZIPS managed to remove a (red cake frosting) stain from one of my favorite jackets. I was surprised they got it out and could not be more pleased!!

Don’t go here if you want to receive your clothes the way you dropped it off. Not only will it be your fault that they ruined it with ink and put holes in your clothes, but then the general manager will talk to you like you’re a complete idiot and he’s doing a drive by. He won’t even stop walking away as he’s talking because you know, you’re beneath him and all. They will also just write on the receipt “not us” as that is going to really appease a customer.
