Jayden is an excellent customer service representative. He’s always has a smile for you and he’s very professional.
Don’t go here if you want to receive your clothes the way you dropped it off. Not only will it be your fault that they ruined it with ink and put holes in your clothes, but then the general manager will talk to you like you’re a complete idiot and he’s doing a drive by. He won’t even stop walking away as he’s talking because you know, you’re beneath him and all. They will also just write on the receipt “not us” as that is going to really appease a customer. They didn't tell me they couldn't alter my pants and didn't tell me for a week so once I came to pick up my pants, the dude told me it was too much trouble. He also went on to say that if I had paid him 25 he would go through the trouble. So I ask well wat if I pay u more now to do that then he said, "ur mixing up my words". What the hell is up with how you guys run business? I want to speak to someone. I'm pissed.

I took my clothes in on AUGUST 16, when I went to pick them up they lost one of my shirts. The dude at the front counter gave me a "special ticket" and said he will call me tomorrow regarding my shirt. Ofcourse, I never recieved a call. So I went into the store on AUGUST 21, now they talking about we have until SEPTEMBER 21 to find your item. So why was this not communicated to me before.
