This place literally sucks. Took 13 pieces in which just happened to be uniform shirts and pants. Dropped them off on a Friday evening at 4:30 and asked for heavy starch and creased patches. Picked them up at 2pm, which is when they said they were ready, and the shirt patches were crooked to no end and the pants had railroad tracks. What I don’t understand is how you can’t take the time to line up with the creases that are already in the dang pants! Items are not properly cleaned, just pressed. Barely pressed to any decent standard.
Zips was supposed to alter some pants for me. I got there to pick up my clothing, and one pair of pants was not ready. The store manager lied to me, and told me they would be ready the next day. NO effort was made to make me a satisfied customer despite my having to invest the time and energy to go to the store twice to get my clothes. It gets better. I've been a Zips Customer for a very long time. I recently had a problem with one of my shirts being damaged while being serviced there. The 1st problem was the manager on duty acted very nonchalant, showed no empathy and did not even apologize for the damage to my garment. Secondly, Its been almost a month and NO ONE has called concerning my claim! For me Zips has always been about convenience and price so subpar customer service has been tolerated until now.
