I wish I could say, "you get what you pay for," but I think that zips falls even short of that. They're ever so slightly better priced than you average McDonald's, but the food quality is worth missing. At this particular location, the staff were very helpful, respectful and jovial, which was its only saving grace. I cannot imagine trying to run a profitable restaurant in the current financial climate, but if you cut anymore corners at zips, the burger will be a "hamburger flavored sauce" with lettuce.
Waited 15min in drive thru. They forgot one of our burgers we paid for. Fries not full. No napkins. Three extremely young kids working and Noone else in line. We are not coming back
