The staff is awesome.
Service could be better. Prices are high now. But cannot blame the owners.....everything is going up in cost.
If you have anything important DO NOT use this zips. I have been trying to get a button sewn on a suit for two months, and because their incompetent employees failing to charge me $5 for a stupid button, they would not do the alteration and asked me to wait another week. I called 15 times to return their phone call with no answer. I left 3 voicemails begging them not to delay this alteration because of a stupid $5 charge THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME.
