I chose 3 stars, because I couldn’t specify location. I have gone to the Cockeysville location many times. The employees are friendly, and the clothes always look good. Never any issues. BUT!!! I live much closer to the parkville location, so I tried them once to save time. I walked in and said hello and was completely ignored by the woman who was very close but doing her own thing. Zips does a good job of dry cleaning. My clothes look fresh and new. They are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Zips cleaners.
