Today's my first time at Zips. The sales lady is having an attitude and sounding a little rude when I ask questions..

It is not ok to not have AC for your space and employees. It will feel like 112 outside today. Maybe you should close early for the sake of the people working inside. Love ZIPS but do better.
First time at Zips. Excellent customer service. Quick. I was greeted with a friendly hello and the gentlemen was quick to handle my order. I was very impressed.
I have been using ZIPS since they were in Timonium. Last week, May 5, I picked up my shirts. They no longer have a paper tag on the button hole, now they put plastic tags in the collar label which must be cut off with a sharp device. I am moving my business to Shrewsbury. I cut off tags from new garments not from my dry cleaning.
