I came here on a Wednesday to drop off a few pieces for a wedding the following weekend. I was told it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. I thought the whole point of zips was for garments to be ready by the next day? I've never had that issue at any other zips locations, I've even had clothes be ready the same exact day, so I'm not so sure what's different about this location?

I was told that my dry Cleaning would be ready by today, however upon arriving, I was told that it would be ready by Monday because it is still in the Norfolk store and that there was nothing they could do because on Saturday the alternative store is closed at 6pm on Saturdays. I needed my suit for tomorrow for an occasion, but now I have to have a back up plan. I was not given a notification or anything. This is simply ridiculous. I am not one that gives bad reviews, but certainly if I could give this negative stars I would

I brought in tapestry to be pressed to the location in Williamsburg Va. I specifically told them I wanted the creases taken out and have it completely flat. I received it today with the tapestry folded as if it was garment. Now I have creases in the tapestry yet again. The young lady who I originally dealt with told me they normally do not take tapestry. Well, why didn’t she tell me that to begin with. I told her I wanted it redone. Otherwise provide me a refund. She said she couldn’t and would need her mgr to approve it. Sh... read more
