Trash! Dropped off a suit for a funeral on Saturday that I needed by Wed. Was told it would be ready for pick up Monday before 5. Get there to be told it's not there it's still at another store and the delivery truck is "broken" and that it will be there Tuesday. OK cool fine, come back to be told that they've been stalling and the truck isn't coming at all and the employee didn't want to lie anymore. The cleaning was great. I also had some jeans hemmed; it was good but the sewing machine needs the tension regulated; stitches are wobbly.
Dropped my shirts off SPECIFICALLY for same-day service and received a text message within one to two hours that it would be more than 48 hours before I would get my clothes back. I immediately sent a message to the manager and have still not heard from anyone. Will NEVER use ZIPS again.
Not a happy camper, took a brand new shirt to be cleaned and pressed for an event came back with marks and looks like a grease stain. I am not happy at all took it there for a full refund cause I have to purchase a whole new shirt and the manager was nice but wanted to.Just give me back $3.48. Oh! No, I need a total refund cause I have to run around and find a replacement. I am waiting to hear back from the manager.
