Not a happy camper, took a brand new shirt to be cleaned and pressed for an event came back with marks and looks like a grease stain. I am not happy at all took it there for a full refund cause I have to purchase a whole new shirt and the manager was nice but wanted to.Just give me back $3.48. Oh! No, I need a total refund cause I have to run around and find a replacement. I am waiting to hear back from the manager.
Do not take your clothes here they ruined most of my clothes. Everything that was white was returned pink, everything that was dirty returned dirty, $200 polo sweat shirt returned with the bear gone it was only worn once before I dropped it off she told me they could put the Ralph Lauren bear back on smfh, I called of course I was upset the lady told me it was nothing she could do for me but give me an email for the manager because the manager was on a 2 week vacation, also told me that the clothes weren’t washed at the loca... read more
