Was told that employee upfront only does retail. Couldn't answer my questions and concerns. Then said they could remove a milk stain
Once again my clothes are not ready to be picked up...only half of my order is ready. This ZIPS consistently fails...whether the clothes are not ready or they try to convince you they starched your shorts when they didn't. Please don't bring your clothes here....they are horrible.
This was my first time using ZIPS Cleaners. The service was excellent, I would recommend it my friends and neighbors. They really did a great job on the 2 coats I had cleaned
The prices are very reasonable and service is great. The personnel are very professional. Then there’s the turnaround time . Five PM the next day, for the price, excellent!
First experience. Took in three items, two were done well. One item had already been washed (yellow and white stripes), wanted light starch added. Attendant stated they use sizing. Said item must have been laundered with dark clothing because it looks dingy, no sizing applied. Disappointed!
