They put comforters in the bag wet so when you get them home they have wrinkles that never ever existed. People don't expect the cleaners to make items wrinkled when none existed before. Very weird that this is acceptable to them. They also will keep the line long until certain people walk in . Then they will open a line after the 5 of us been waiting 20 minutes on one cashier.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and I’ve never had any issues with my clothes. The customer service is excellent.
