Ruined my parka jacket and refused to reimburse. They didn’t clean the stain properly, and they made more stain (the stain along the zipper). Recleans further ruined the zipper puller. It was extremely hard to communicate with the company and it took me almost 3 months to get back the answer that “no it’s not our responsibility “. I’ve dry cleaned this garment at other dry cleaner for several times but none gave me such trouble. Unprofessional and irresponsible
