Marisol rendered excellent customer service
As an outsider I live in Willingboro NJ about 2 1/2 hours away. Usually I have an outfit that needs attention. I need the clothes the same day. Zip cleaners is the place to bring your clothes. I was in and out. Drop the. Off at 7am and picked them up at 5pm. The best part is I received a reminder to pick up my clothes. Thank you for your great service.
If I could rate lower than 1, I certainly would. Totally ruined my $225 Theory (olive and black) blazer and took absolutely NO responsibility. It was not dirty or soiled in any way. I just have not worn it in a year and wanted it freshened. The manager said “sorry” and shrugged her shoulders! Poor standards and horrible customer service. SHAME ON YOU! Former Loyal Customer
