i went in on Friday & they said the seamstress was supposed to be there but she’s not and won’t be back till Monday. Took it right to a mom & pop cleaners they got right to it. Leave it to a large chain to irritate me.
CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION They will break buttons on your shirts! They need to properly service their equipment and/or actually care about doing a good job! Accordingly to employees here, buttons are apparently considered normal wear and tear... 🚩🚩🚩 UPDATE: I've taken dry cleaning to other locations for over 3+ years and have NEVER gotten a broken button. Their response below is BS... If complimentary button replacements are done, then I shouldn't have to bring garments back for it to be fixed.
