This store doesn't seem to have any type of air conditioning which is not only uncomfortable for clients, but im sure not great for their workers who have to work in extreme heat all day. They dont seem to clean my clothing as good as other places. Recently, I took my pants there to be altered but they no longer have a tailor on site to do alterations. Please update your Google listing, it says you do alterations. I just walked out of the store and was told yhis location doesn't offer alterations
Two of us got here at 6:58 & 6:59 but the doors were closed. We made it here before 7 just so we can pick up our clothes and the doors were locked. How is this fair ? To the responder, it was 6:58 pm Not AM. You guys close at 7 or now have started closing at 6:57? Thanks
I dropped of my shirts on 7/10 in the morning and i went to picked it up on 7/12 and i was told they have no records of my shirts. The attendant promised to search and review the video and reach out to me before the end of the day. No call came. When nobody contacted me for 3 days, i decided to call them on Tuesday and Wednesday with no luck, as nobody answers the call.
