When they started in this location they were really nice and service was great, but slowly especially last couple of months they have been really slagging their work, I have been going there and a regular customer, When i created my account they did not give me the bag not a big deal i never asked but I asked then once because i had to give 4-6 clothes for them to clean it, but they said they don’t have it i could see there are bunch of bags, my concern is why are they keeping those bags for and for whom?? If I could give 0 stars I would. Clothes were very wrinkled. I requested heavy starch, and there was no starch. I requested that the buttons that were broken get replaced, and that was not done. I had to leave the clothes so that they can redo them the correct way, but I was forced to take one dress shirt for work. Totally unacceptable. Their prices are too expensive for the job that they did.
Pointed out to desk check in clerk, that I had a couple of pencil eraser sized spots near the center of a pristine sports jacket. I had just eaten a cheese steak sub a few minutes earlier at a restaurant and noticed the small grease drips(2) on the cloth material. I stopped straight into ZIPS to have them spot spray and dry clean. Unfortunately, when I responded to pick up the jacket, the next day, it appeared as if it was never pre treated.
