I've always been happy with Zips, but a customer in front of me was not. However your people were supportive and helpful to the customer in front of my this morning.
Very pleased that Zips Cleaners in Dumfries is pressing our families ceremonial American flag at no cost to me. I appreciated their excellent customers service and their patriotism.
this is my first time going to zips, and I dropped off a dress. I only wore one time to get dry cleaned. It had a couple of brown stains on the collar duty to make up. I went to zips because it was the first thing suggested on my Apple Maps when I put in the word dry cleaning. However, I regret it so much. It does not even look like they cleaned it. I cannot get in contact with ANYONE to check the status of my mattress topper, which was supposed to be done in a week and is now well over TWO WEEKS. It seems like it has been lost, and no one can at least reach out to them to offer an explanation. I don't know who manages this location or what's going on. I brought in my 2 fairly priced suits, each pants cost $200 and the blazers were $250.. My blazer was brought back to me Shined on the collar area.. this happens due to high heat. I’m extremely disappointed about this situation because not only that, there was a triple line on both of my pants which made me have to steam them even though I paid for the service to get them dry cleaned FOR ME..
