On 5/4 I dropped off clothing for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, 2 pieces of my need green herringbone suit were missing (vest and pants). I have tried speaking to a manager 4 times over the last 3 weeks and they are never there. I was promised multiple times that the manager would check the tapes to see if they could find it. The owner of this franchise is the worst and the manager!!! They destroyed a brand new shirt and did not want to take accountability without pushing. He was so nasty about the whole situation and with my pushing he finally paid me for my shirt and then went as far to tell me not to come back to this location for service rather than taking accountability for messing up a garment.
