Dropped off four items only picked up two because the other two were not ready when they were supposed to. Then on top of that, the woman who took my items when I walked in was very dismissive and seemed as if she was annoyed her name started with a V. This was my first experience, not sure if I will be back, will see how my experience is when I pick up my last two items which were supposed to be ready already.
Very very king people cashier was extremely nice. First time there good experience so I’ll be going back.
My experience with their dry cleaning has been great. However, their alterations service might be provided by someone else and I have tried the past two days to take something and they aren’t there. The Zips worker just seemed very confused and couldn’t provide any explanation or when to return.
I dropped off items this morning anround 8:30 and was greeted by a nice young lady. They texted me and a message on their app around 4:45 my items were ready again greeted by a nice young man . They are very affordable and service with a smile and a thankyou is real customer service .
