I've used Zips quite a few times. The most recent time I left a shirt to be cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, I immediately noticed the stain on the front of the shirt which was the reason I was cleaning it. The response from them was, they should have marked the spot. I left the shirt which was now marked. 2 days later I go to pick up, just to see THE SAME stain! I had to leave it a 3rd time.
