NOT PROFESSIONAL, DO NOT GO. I was excited about having a nearby cleaner and frequented this new location but after this experience I will gladly never return. Julia is the employee that I worked with to get a dress hemmed, I explained the length I wanted, pinned it in front of her, and went into details about the fit and length. We went over it multiple times and I was confident I explained myself well enough.
