Friendly, courteous and reliable.
This is first time I've ever used the service. I was quite impressed, the attendant was friendly, the interaction was quick and the price was reasonable. No complaints at all, I will be a regular and they have an app.
I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I brought in my tuxedo for both alterations and dry cleaning. Not only did they take my money without completing the alteration, but they also damaged the inside lining of my tuxedo jacket. When I got it back, it was clear the work I paid for wasn’t done, and the condition of my jacket was worse than before. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone who values their clothing or expects reliable service.
