I always drop my choir robes & my pastors robe off for cleaning. I dropped off the pastors robe for alterations and cleaning only to pick it up and it looked as if a 7 year old did the sew job, I bought it back and showed the young lady it wasn’t done properly, when I picked it up again it still wasn’t sewn correctly. Now I have to bring it back to have it sewn correctly. It's an Excellent place to bring your fine garments!. I had the pleasure to meet Daffney who provided the awesome customer skills. The location I used was the new location at Northwood.
This was my first time using this particular Zips, I took 9 items in the beginning of December but only received 8 items back. This process of them finding my pants or compensating has been almost a month!!! I will NEVER go back to the Northwood Zips😡😡😡
