I have used this business quite a number of times. And, although the results were never the best, the prices were good. However, the last several times, they have ruined both my and my wife’s shirts/blouses with “mystery” stains that could not come out. These stains were not there when I brought these clothes in. One of the blouses that was brought in was brand new and just needed a press. And now it is ruined. You may save money initially with this place but you will end up paying much more in the end!
Awesome experience, met w a pleasant greeting in the early morning. Wonderful from Start to Finish. Please don't go anywhere Zips, I'm enjoying all you all do
Jason and his team are amazing. I brought in jeans and welding shirts to get heavily starched. After I told them it wasn't what I wanted they went way above and beyond and researched a way to make it exactly what I wanted! So if you are needing something HEAVY starched (cowboy/welder starch) they are the ones to go to in salisbury! Thank you!
I can in Saturday Aug 2nd at 9:32am and when i came in the lady that was there was on a personal call and had the phone on speaker and was talking very personal about a guy while me the customer was there i mean the Conversation with her and whoever was on the phone were Very unprofessional and the Language that would be used. Someone their like a manager needs to Retrain On being Professional when customers are there
Staff very friendly..polite..very quick to greet and wait on all customers . Service completed on time! Clothes look fantastic! Glad to have a ZIPS here!
