This people stole 2 pairs of my pants. And they kept giving me a run around finally one manager said she do not have my pants she was so rude I almost lost it it’s is the worst experience I have ever had. They are sooo cheap my pants were worth maybe $70 and she has the nerve to lie about it and I had taken 12 pairs to be washed. So incompetent
Used zips for a duvet cover. It was clean but received it wrinkled. I could have put it in the washer myself. The duvet cover is fairly new. Therefore, it didn’t require lots of cleaning. This was a waste of $22. They charged me for duvet cover and two pillow cases.
