I had some patches sewn onto military uniforms. The stitching was rather poor quality and not worth the $10 per patch price tag. They also said it would be ready Tuesday, which actually meant 5pm Tuesday which functionally means Wednesday. I do appreciate that the lady was willing to do it in five days rather than the originally quoted eight days, however, even this was very long time for just a few patches. All of that to say, I wasn't very impressed with their alterations and won't be back for any service here.
I am extremely disappointed with both the service and lack of accountability from ZIPS Cleaners. Multiple garments from a single order (four items) were returned with yellow stains that were not present when they were dropped off. I promptly returned the items to the store in the same condition they were provided—on hangers, in plastic, and clearly identified as damaged. Update 3/23: Manager called me the next day and was very kind and genuinely wanted to make things right and explain the situation. I really appreciated her doing that! Will definitely be going back! Amazing service all the time! Don’t go anywhere else! Great alteration service too!

Update: PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! Dropped off clothes on 3/18 in the afternoon and next AM the app shows no order. Call the store and informs me there’s no card on file even though I’m a regular customer. No phone call, no email, nothing. I inform that my card is on the app. Tells me because I used an other location in took my card off file and refuses to take my card over the phone. Now I have to go back to the store and pick-up my dirty clothes. How does that even make sense? Time to find a new cleaner. Amazing service a... read more
