I had an issue with my clothing. I took the pants back to Zips. Ulises reviewed the camera and resolved my issue. He's the afternoon manager. He really did a great job in solving my issue. Outstanding service from Ulises and the Shops Team.
i went from 1 zips down the hwy to the other because it was closer, very happy no fail, even when it was there mistake , went above and beyond to find my item, which was there for a month and the tag was on the bottom i would trade zips for anyhting this is if I'm trying not Frank Coney but Sacramento is fantastic never fail
