I am a local dentist and am very critical about how my uniforms look. I have been very happy with the service a t Zips. They have done a much better and quicker job than my previous uniform service. I will continue to use them and am happy to recommend them to others.
I always get excellent customer service when I come here. Kevin A is always very friendly and helpful. He always volunteers to help me carry my clothes to the car when I have a lot. He goes up and beyond!! Kudos to Mr. Kevin A.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. This cleaners should be out of business! If it weren't for the price it would be. The first time I had a problem with this cleaners was when I picked up a shirt and two of the buttons were missing. All they told me was if I buy more buttons they would sew them back on. I give 2 stars for the $2 price.But the ironing and pressing leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions my clothes have been wrinkled which is a real inconvenience if you don't realize it until you're ready to use the garment.
never never put your clothes in this Cleaners.Because i put a pair of 50.00 jeans in there this pass sat.and i go back to get my clothes and they said they cant find my jeans they are brand new jeans i will never go to this cleaners again.
First and last time using Zips I was very disappointed in the quality of their service and lack of customer service. I brought a dress in to be dry clean and they lost one of the straps to my dress and took little effort to locate the missing strap or get in contact with me. To this day I'm still trying to resolve this issues.
I asked the zips in gambrills to dry-clean my husband's suit and they made a hole. The manager said the hole was caused because it was too old and the chemical did that. He denied to pay for that. I asked them to let me contact the owner and never called me back. I called the manger again and he said the hole was not made in their place. I will contact Better business beuro to report them. Please don't go there.
Zips in Gambrills lost my high quality wool pants. I turned my pants in six weeks ago to be re-lined and dry cleaned. One month later, after I repeatedly stopped by to pick them up, Zips staff finally admitted to me that the lady who was supposed to sew my pants had gone to Mexico for a family emergency without notifying anybody or returning my pants. I la-la-la-love that if your clothes are "in by 9" they're "out by 5" the same day! And for only $1.85? Can't beat it.
