I dropped off a dress to get dry cleaned and they said it’ll be done by 5 the next day (but could be done earlier.) So I stopped by at 1 and they said it wasn’t ready to try back at 4. (That was fine because they said IT COULD BE DONE- it wasn’t guaranteed) So, I call at 4 only to find out they had never even started on the dress that i needed for a date bc they were concerned the flowers on it would get damaged.
