I asked the zips in gambrills to dry-clean my husband's suit and they made a hole. The manager said the hole was caused because it was too old and the chemical did that. He denied to pay for that. I asked them to let me contact the owner and never called me back. I called the manger again and he said the hole was not made in their place. I will contact Better business beuro to report them. Please don't go there.
Zips in Gambrills lost my high quality wool pants. I turned my pants in six weeks ago to be re-lined and dry cleaned. One month later, after I repeatedly stopped by to pick them up, Zips staff finally admitted to me that the lady who was supposed to sew my pants had gone to Mexico for a family emergency without notifying anybody or returning my pants.
