Very excellent dry cleaners in Cincinnati
Seriously the best service. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating, I’ve never had a problem here. The clothes always turn out incredible. If you want quick, friendly service and the cleanest clothes you have to come here.
I have never written a google review before, but my experience with ZIPS was so great that I felt like I had to leave one. This business is the definition of great customer service - despite me placing an order after they had already picked up for my location, Josh from ZIPS dropped everything to immediately come back and pick up my order. I could not recommend ZIPS more highly, their customer service is truly exceptional, and I am sure to make this my regular cleaner.
