This was my first time using them, and it will absolutely be my last. They completely ruined my $150 sweater, kept it for over two weeks, and then refused to offer any refund or resolution. Cleaning has usually been excellent and very good pricing. Today I had just disgraceful customer service. It never used to be like that and I loved patronizing such a good business. A shirt of my wife’s was lost and the staff could not have cared less. In the old days, they would have gone to any length to make it right. I hope they can get it back in order.

Zip Cleaners in Oakley. Stay away! I recommend going to a trustworthy cleaners. I had 3 pieces there that were lost, they never compensated me or payed me for replacement. The manager requested I meet him at Starbucks for a coffee, and he shared with me a very sad story about his ailing father, to gain my empathy and to get closer to me, to then ask me out on a date, I declined. First time using this dry cleaner. Clothes all came back with a musty, mildew smell. Suit pants also have holes in them. Please take your close somewhere else.
