I arrived at 7:30 to the door locked. 3 women were at the desk staring at me as if the store doesn’t close at 8PM. After a long day at work, I had no other time to stop by for my belongings. Super disappointing. The girls then laughed and turned around as if I wasn’t there. Not sure if these are new employees but that was an awful experience!
Service was A1. I forgot to pick up my dress & Beatriz came in on a Sunday, a day they were closed to help me so I can get my outfit. They’ ve got my loyalty. Thank you so much Zips Bowie especially Beatriz.
This Zips does not care very much about it people. My issue has not been the customer service. The people have been in 9 out of 10 times always professional. The fact that it took customer’s calling in to get the AC fixed in a dry cleaning business is appalling. Now customers are being redirected to a door on the far end because this door needs repair.
