Poor quality. Holes in clothes on multiple occasions. They refuse to address issues, stating it's your fault that all of your garments were damaged when they received them. They have little to no competition, allowing Zip's to provide poor service without consequences.

If I could give a negative 5, I would! This place is the worse. They completely destroyed my Z-Galleria pillow covers, and when I asked to speak to someone about it, the woman that was helping me with my pickup ordered told me she was the manager. Then she proceeded to try to question and blame me, saying she would look at the footage from when I brought my items in. It was such poor customer service and she could barely communicate clearly!
