Do not go to this place to get your dresses altered. Took a brand new top with price tags still attached to have them take it in from the back. They did a shabby job and took of the price tag and designer tag/label from it. When I asked them, the district manager claimed it's not their policy to keep the labels/tag on the dress when they altered the size. Plus, when I try to call to talk to the manager, no one ever calls back, it's either she is not around, she is on break etc. 4 calls later and no one is returning my calls!... read more
This is not the place to bring your good stuff. It’s more like a laundromat than a professional cleaner. I sent them my cashmere turtleneck for dry cleaning, and when I received it back, it had a completely different texture—like corduroy.
Warm greeting and quality cleaning was great!
