I went to your ZIPS Cleaners location today, and it was extremely hot inside because the air conditioning wasn’t working. It felt close to 100°F, and the employees were forced to work in those conditions. That is unacceptable and unsafe for both the staff and customers. Please fix the AC as soon as possible. No one should have to work in that kind of heat.!!!
