I am a local dentist and am very critical about how my uniforms look. I have been very happy with the service a t Zips. They have done a much better and quicker job than my previous uniform service. I will continue to use them and am happy to recommend them to others.
I give 2 stars for the $2 price.But the ironing and pressing leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions my clothes have been wrinkled which is a real inconvenience if you don't realize it until you're ready to use the garment.
First and last time using Zips I was very disappointed in the quality of their service and lack of customer service. I brought a dress in to be dry clean and they lost one of the straps to my dress and took little effort to locate the missing strap or get in contact with me. To this day I'm still trying to resolve this issues.
