Absolutely terrible customer service. The location closed and did not notify anyone in advance to pick up their clothes, so an expensive dress I took there is missing. I’ve contacted the other locations several times. No one has it, and they keep telling me to call a different location. I never post reviews, but I had to for Zips to warn people! I will never use a Zips again - if you go there you will lose your items.
Usually great service and friendly staff, despite the staffing challenges. My concern is only 3/4 of my order was available after 3 days (1 day service promised). Staff said they would call me when the last part of my order arrived, but this doesn’t help when I need clothes for work and flying out early Monday morning. Typically very pleased, but disappointed this time, for sure.
My clothes came back smelling like cat food. Disgusted and disappointed. Never going back.
