When I complained about the hem of my dress still looking dirty like when I brought it in, I was asked over and over, if I wanted a refund. I responded that my dress wasn’t clean. They were going to complete the service I paid for.
This one is smaller than what I'm used to but efficient!
Good customer service and the employees are very friendly.
what’s the point of being open from 7am-7pm if no one is answering phone. The mail box is full can’t get a hold of anyone, finally someone answers the phone and hangs up. If no one is going to answer the phone why even have it as a contact option.
