I have suits that’s stuck in the cleaners, is there an estimated time that I’ll be able to get my suits out?
I dropped off my suit jackets worth about $750 over two weeks ago. Went to pick them up and the store was shut down due to an issue with a nearby building. The store did not call or email me to let me know there was an issue, nor did they offer any way to pick up my items. The store is still closed. I reached out to the store through their corporate office, and received a text message telling me about their sad story. When I asked about being reimbursed the cost of my suit jackets they stopped replying to me.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I dropped off my suits for work and a wedding that I needed to travel to on Sunday. I was to pick up Friday at 5pm. I get there and there’s signs saying the road is closed and the stores are all closed. They are not in control of construction but I’m sure they had notice. Is there any way I can get my uniform? I have a very important inspection coming up on Monday. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have taken my uniform somewhere else. Were customers personally informed about this sudden change? Is there a warehouse or another cleaning location where I can pick up my uniform? It’s very important that I have it before Monday. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
I really used to love this Zips when they first opened! Now I can’t get creases in my pants to save my life- what professional wants side creases- even when I ask them, I still can’t get my pants creased. And linen, it looks like it was licked dry and still not pressed! Definitely has gone down hill since they first opened- the people are nice, but the quality of dry cleaning has deteriorated.
