I would give 0 stars if possible. I dropped off my suits for work and a wedding that I needed to travel to on Sunday. I was to pick up Friday at 5pm. I get there and there’s signs saying the road is closed and the stores are all closed. They are not in control of construction but I’m sure they had notice. Is there any way I can get my uniform? I have a very important inspection coming up on Monday. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have taken my uniform somewhere else. Were customers personally informed about this sudden change? Is there a warehouse or another cleaning location where I can pick up my uniform? It’s very important that I have it before Monday. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
I really used to love this Zips when they first opened! Now I can’t get creases in my pants to save my life- what professional wants side creases- even when I ask them, I still can’t get my pants creased. And linen, it looks like it was licked dry and still not pressed! Definitely has gone down hill since they first opened- the people are nice, but the quality of dry cleaning has deteriorated.
Lost my husband clothing. Even sent a letter to there home office; no response. They still show the item is there and they simply LOST or stole my husband clothing. They reunined sweat shirts the string missing zip broke. The worse! Will never go back!!
I would not recommend coming here. Two weeks ago, I brought my uniforms in to be cleaned. I specifically asked the staff if I should remove my badge before leaving them, and they assured me it was perfectly fine to leave it on. When my uniforms were delivered back to me, the ribbons were there, but the badge was completely missing.
