Very rude older lady!! The worst customer service I have every seen. They will not be in business long. I was talked to like trash the women doing all the talking was not even helping me. I would love to speak to the owner. If you want great service from a Zips Cleaners go to the one in Manassas, Va.
Don't know why they do this, but they put the crease, on my pants, on the side where the seams are....Never heard of this. They don't know where the crease goes..
I took my clothes to this location and they stated that they could not crease my sleeves. They could crease military shirts but not regular shirts....my question is why not? Being prior military I still wear my clothes a certain way and creased sleeves on my shirt is one them. Other Zips locations do it why not this one?
Highly annoyed. Saturday hours say 8am to 7pm. It's 5:25pm and the store is closed up tight! No message of apology. NOTHING! SMH!
Horrible staff. Horrible reaults, no care for clothes or customers. It's cheap, yes. BUT You deserve more than cheap! You deserve friendly, well organized that care for you vkoths, returning then clean and pressed

OK - myself and my co-workers have taken many different types of clothing to them many many times as they are convenient to our workplace and because of our vocation we constantly require dry-cleaning. After many many horrid experiences I figured time to no longer be forgiving. Mistakes happen - I understand that very much so being in a consumer oriented industry also. Now I can go around enjoying weekends while my laundry is done by the best in business. Great place and a very friendly and warm reception :) Two thumbs up!
This store lost my pants. I was made to return to the store twice after noting that a pair of work pants were missing. On the. 3rd visit they issued me a receipt to show 1 pair of pants missing. I was then told that would have to look for my pants and to come back later. I asked to speak to the manager. She asked for my phone number and told me that by law she had 30 days to find them. It is now been more than 30 days. I used to tell everyone about Zips. I now will tell everyone of my horrible treatment and service.
