I gave one of my crean dresses to remove stubborn stain which they did not remove which I was going to ignore assuming it was really a hard stain to remove but my new white top now has a pink stain after the dry wash. I am not going back.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve had two bad experiences with this location. The first was a few months ago when they returned my outfit with makeup stains and damage on the sleeve. The second time, they lost my dress, and the general manager asked me to go to the back of the store and look for my item myself. Such a horrible experience. I would not recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this ZIPS Cleaners location for several years, and Miguel has always provided outstanding service. He is professional, friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service. Miguel is one of the main reasons I continue to come back. Thank you for always making the experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location and especially Miguel for his excellent work!
