I don’t understand how they didn’t actually measure my daughter before doing alterations.Or even ask for a picture of her wearing it for reference. This not how the bodice was on the original dress design either , but this is how they sent it back. When my daughter tried it on at home, you can see where they took it in. It’s very visible!! The lines are so crooked too. Looks like I sewed it, doesn’t look at all like a professional job. My husband found this place and what a waste of time and money.

Manager is terrible and unhelpful here! Pressed seams of clothing the wrong way so doesn’t lay flat anymore after multiple requests to correct and when I asked a bout a missing item she said there was nothing she could do.

I used to have a very good experience with this location, but I don’t know what happened. Over the past year or so they have been completely terrible! The amount of times that they lose garments, or destroy garments is ridiculous! And then they give you the runaround and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about or act like it’s not their fault. I had a very disappointing experience at Zips Dry Cleaning in Chantilly. I dropped off 21 items, including two shirts I specifically pointed out had stains and asked if they could be treated. Every other item was handed over individually and in good condition. When I returned to pick them up, I was shocked to find two completely different shirts had new visible stains, and one of them, a brand new shirt had pulled threads in two spots, which wasn’t from wear and tear as it had never even been worn.
