Very consistent, good prices.
I’m extremely disappointed with ZIPS Dry Cleaners. They lost my Hugo Boss polo, which was worth over $500, and instead of taking responsibility, they are claiming that I dropped off a Columbia T-shirt. I know exactly what I brought in, and it was the Hugo Boss polo—not a Columbia shirt. I went back and forth with the manager, who told me she would review the security footage to look into what happened. After that, she stopped responding to me.
