I had a very disappointing experience at Zips Dry Cleaning in Chantilly. I dropped off 21 items, including two shirts I specifically pointed out had stains and asked if they could be treated. Every other item was handed over individually and in good condition. When I returned to pick them up, I was shocked to find two completely different shirts had new visible stains, and one of them, a brand new shirt had pulled threads in two spots, which wasn’t from wear and tear as it had never even been worn. Extremely Rude and unprofessional!
I used to like this location but I don't think I'll be going somewhere else. They misplaced a $200 shirt but after reviewing the security footage, they found it a few days later. The manager was super nice about it but I had to make a trip out there just to pick that up. They recently exchanged a white lace dress of mine with someone else. The dress is a size 14 and I'm a size 8! Last Saturday I went to pick up my clothes and they had swapped out a brand-new dress with someone else's dress.
