Very Bad Customer Service – Damaged $2,000 Moncler Jacket I had a very disappointing experience with Zip Cleaners. I gave them my expensive Moncler jacket for cleaning, and when I picked it up, I noticed that the foam/padded sections of the jacket had become completely flat and were no longer fluffy or properly filled. The jacket was in good condition when I brought it in. This is a nearly $2,000 jacket, and I trusted them to handle it properly.
