Met the owner- had a GREAT first experience. 25% off my first order, plus one free garment. I was able to get my shirt and blazer the VERY NEXT DAY, and overall 10/10. Will be coming back. (My two little ones were excited too because they got stickers.)

After coming to this location for over 15yrs I'm giving up! Zips has gotten more expensive & fallen off on cleaning. I've received items back with stains! Some times I'm notified that they couldn't get it out, sometimes none. Its like they steamed my clothes while dirty! I've even had expensive items torn with no replacement! I'm good on spending my money & not receiving top quality service, which they use to have. Sorry to go. Do better.
