Always super easy, and very friendly and helpful staff
I dropped off a suit for removing some light stains. It's clear they just hung the suit up and did nothing with it as not only were the stains in as they previously were but lint from the paper towel I used to get the sauce off the coat was still present. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.
Unfortunately my suit came back with new stains and even more dirty than when I dropped it off
