Very professional and friendly staff. Plus they do a great job with cleaning hard to remove spots and repairs.
I’ve been dropping off my clothes here about 2 months now. They’ve broken about 7 of my shirt buttons and 2 pants buttons…when I brought this up to someone the counter, they said “of it’s normal, we just replace it” they do “replace” it for free, but the button are never like before they are light out on and come off easily…everything else here is great the staff is great and the service is great. Please fix this button issue!

A working professional sprained my ankle going into basement of apt to do laundry! Needed help with laundry - downloaded app - arranged for DoorDash to pic up. DoorDash just delivered - nice and clean. Appreciate Zips staff for their patience! DoorDash delivery time stops at 5 - Zips closes at 7. I had to wait an extra day for clothes to be delivered - but well worth it! Thanks again! LH
