I love Zips Cleaners because it is a one stop shop that offers dry cleaning, laundered and pressed, wash and fold, household items (comforters, pillow shams, sleeping bags) and alterations for a great price and a quick turnaround time. The staff members are always nice and very skilled and knowledgeable regarding the removal of stains and which colors are prone to bleeding due to the nature of their dyes which may transfer onto other fabrics or the cleaning solvent during the dry cleaning process. This is the most customer friendliest, family oriented, cleaners I have ever had. I had a lot of clothes, and I put the first set of clothes in my car and I turned around to go back and one of the customer service representative was standing in there with the remainder of my clothes. That is what you call outstanding customer service. It’s the one in Waldorf, Maryland.
I ask for all of my t shirts to be folded on the hangers
