Great Customer Service
The store is clean, the staff are friendly and courteous and they get you in and out! OH, in addition, the prices are reasonable!! ☺️
I appreciate receiving a notification through the app when my clothes are ready.
They destroyed my $700 versace robe. I don’t wear this robe often so it took me a while to realize they had shrunk my robe. Not only did they shrink it they also did something to the tag on the inside of the robe and tried to have their seamstress resew it back on. DO NOT take any expensive clothes to this ZIPS because they will ruin your stuff and not say anything!!!!! You can’t even see the VERSACE tag anymore.
