If I could give zero, I will give zero to them. They are so horrible. I took 15 sweaters to them. Next day during pick up, I realized that all under arms were still unclean. I pointed it out and lady said that the manager will call me and they will redo. Today my husband picked up the sweaters and guess what, not only under arms are still unclean but simple things like sleeves or front of the sweater which had a small white food drop is still there. Zips Cleaners did a fantastic job! The service was speedy, efficient, and everything came back looking great. Ariel was especially helpful — friendly, attentive, and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quick, reliable dry cleaning!
This was my first time at ZIPS Cleaners. The staff was so inviting, price was amazing and I received all of my items the same day. I will be back.
They don’t clean the clothes well and when you point it out they don’t give you a refund and provide illogical reasons.
Best cleaners I’ve ever used!! They do a great job on my dress shirts and pants and will text me when ready for pickup. Haven’t found anyplace less expensive. I live in Sarasota now and still make it a point of using them.
