IM MAD ZIPS IS CLOSING! The car wash was cool the owner could have just fixed it! I kept coming back because of the workers, they knew their jobs an was always willing to go the extra mile to help make sure we had a great experience… You always saw the tall dude in the parking lot wiping off cars, the young dude was always cleaning the lot, an the girl was always at the gate helping somebody, they was definitely cool I hope Zips finds something else for them cuz you don’t always find people who like they jobs an there EVERYD... read more
I gave this car wash a second chance after reviewing the first time a few weeks ago. I thought well no one is perfect so I held off on canceling my subscription. But today I got there about 45min before close for a quick wash well they had closed early. So I thought no big deal I will at least vacuum my car. Well the 2 vacuums I tried to use didn’t work no surprise and neither did the blowers. Definitely canceling now. Mikes car wash here I come. Lol

It says the hours are open until 7pm today, a Sunday, but I was unable to car a car wash today at the Colerain location because it was closed with no explanation, no sign.
