They signed me up for a membership I didn’t even know about. I specifically asked them “this will be a one time charge right” because they only take cash. They replied yes. Well the next month another charge came out of my account and I called them and they said I signed up for a membership and I can cancel but I will not get a refund. They can look and see that I have only been there one time I live nowhere near the place I was just shopping close buy and decided to get a wash. Pulled up to get a car wash lady said I could get 30 days of free washes today. It was a special that they do randomly. I asked her if it was gonna start charging my card afterwards she assured me it would not here it is 30 days later my card is being charged for a membership.
