Zack who was managing the lines coming in for a wash was extremely helpful. I had a $5.00 wash on my app, but couldn't access it. He found it for me and I proceeded thru the wash. He was so calm and considerate, not make me feel stupid; rather, he said "all of us here are still learning as we go":I was WOWED!
HIGHLY recommend this car wash!! I came to Zips a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I had a coupon for $20 off of a $30 car wash. I was very pleased with this car wash facility. After the wash, I was absolutely blown away with how good the vacuums were (pun intended). I have literally never vacuumed my car with such a powerful vacuum!!!! Don't believe the "Free Vacuum" ad written everywhere. When you go to this branch, the staff who come to your vehicle says that if you are not a member, you will not use a free vacuum, but if you leave a 5-star review, they will allow you to use it this time. That was weird, because Zips didn't need anything like that. I have already been a member for 1 and a half years. Since it was a rainy day, I was going to skip the exterior wash and just use a vacuum, but the tone of an employee is very important at work. They replaced ... read more
