My first experience was very good.
I asked to have my mats sprayed down and was told they don't have a sprayer anymore! No apologies or seem they care. They also stopped pre spraying the front of your car and scrubbing it in the back as well. But somehow it's the same price? Therefore, on my lunch hour I took my mats out in the hot heat and sprayed them down with glass cleaner and wiped them down with their towels. Not great service. Please get your sprayers back. Oh, and I am a loyal monthly member. Will reconsider renewing.
