Ashley went out of her way to correct a problem. Made for a very positive experience.
Damaged my vehicle. Vehicle was scratched up by a metal object found in the wash. Manager did a damage report but excluded the metal object. They denied my claim immediately and stated nothing was found in the wash. They then changed their story later stating that their machine could not have possibly damaged my vehicle. Took my vehicle to a body shop and they were very confident that the swirled scratches came from a car wash. Will be moving to small claims soon.
A very sufficient and effective car wash with excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Signing up for a membership is quick and easy thanks to support from staff who go out of their way to make your experience as smooth as possible.
