Paid 30 bucks for the premium package, it barely cleaned the hatch on my suv, the kid who checked me in used his own rewards number on my purchase, and I got a new scratch on my car.
SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.
Got a car wash here today and the back of my vehicle still has a lot of dust on it when I got home. I do not have a dirt driveway. It was very busy today so it makes me wonder if they ran out of soap or something. Not worth $12
