If you want to remove a vehicle from your account, forget it! The office has a stack of business cards there to give customers who have problems. FORGET IT. The local people can do nothing. Very bad experience, and, as others have commented, also forget the bugs being removed, & the tires/wheels clean, & to repeat from others, the tire treatment is a joke.

The employees there will always make sure the customer is satisfied with there car wash. They're smiling and attentive to all the customers needs at this establishment. I see people come to this place and be rude as they can be to the employees, and yet the employees still gives service with a smile and good gestures. It couldn't me, I don't like to be disrespected by anyone. Good job you guys!! Keep up the awesome work.
