I am a member and visited recently and there were numerous vacuum stations not working. I submitted feedback online at the Zips corporate website, a service ticket was generated and I received a call from the regional manager. She apologized for the issue and reassured that all vacuums are now operable.
Super cool and awesome customer service
Don’t trust their hours online. It says they close at 8 but I got there at 7:40 and they already had the car wash part closed and they were just standing around. I went and parked for a few minutes and saw at least 12 other cars pull in and realize they closed early and left just in the 5 minutes I was sitting there a few people looked confused or pissed off and it made me want to make this review. The vaccums are on but don't have any suction power at all, and there are not clean towels. This experience was frustrating
