Customer service and cleanliness was much better back then when Bruce was the manager. This new manager, African-American guy has the worst customer service and attitude. Considering canceling.... 10+ bays and only 4 have working suction on the vacuum. Lots of vacuum hoses off. 1 bottle of liquid for all to share. It's sad when I have to park 3 different times to eventually find a spot that has a vacuum working!
The vacuums never work consistently and they did nothing about it when I told them about it.
Birds decided to aggressively carpet bomb my wife's car. The basic wash didn't quite get it all and the gentleman asked us to pull back through and gave a complimentary wash upgrade. Second time was the charm. Great customer service! We will be back!
Kids running the place on their phones, most vacuums don’t work, most features don’t work, suds sometimes, sometimes the wax , sometimes the tire shine works, never been through the car wash with all features working that was paid for. Don’t go there go to big dans in Hiram great service
