I came in to have my car cleaned due to a promotion to try out their services and after my first experience with Zips Car Wash I have no plans to ever return for service. Not only did my my car get damaged but an employee quite literally had to carry out part of my car and hand it to me. It seems both the presumed manager and corporate team that handled my claim have renounced 100% responsibility and I am ultimately left with a car unsafe to drive on the road.
