I have had my complaints about Zips but today the personal service was exemplary. I’ve been a monthly member for years. Today the scanner did not read my bar code and the gate did not lift. Jenna came to my rescue. She diligently assessed the problem. Apparently, Zips changed software platforms and my account got bumped. Jenna said she’d take care of it.
