This business is the worse out there as far as paying monthly and not receiving what was promised at the time of purchase. For the price everything should always be in working order. once I wash my car if i want to vacuum my vehicle, I should be able to do that. First it was just a few vacuums at a few locations not working. Now there is not a vacuum at any location that is in working order in Lexington Kentucky, yet they have more than nerves to continue to charge monthly fee. To say I am completely disgusted would be an understatement. I took both my new Volvo and Kia Seltos through Zips on Sharkey way in Lexington Kentucky just prior to Christmas. There was about a 3 hour difference in when we took our white Kia through vs. our black Volvo. leaving the business with the Volvo around 3:30 in the afternoon, I went directly to a hair appointment. After cancling my membership at zips, i have now had to call for a refund for the third time after they have opened three new accounts at the store location in my name with my credit card information. I’ve canceled my card and will never be using there services again. 100% criminal actions being committed by their management staff.
All of Zips car washes are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE with services!!!! The tire shine NEVER works!! The vacuums barely work when I go! Why am I paying these services if they DONT work!!??? Then I also got charged a whole months worth when my sticker wasn’t working & the company never refunded me my money! The people there said they would sign me back up with no charge; but then I got charged another $30 instead of getting it for free since it wasn’t working for a month!! I want my money BACK & a month free!
