Horrible customer service!!! Avoid new circle location. Montraybius I think was in name working Monday April 20th at 10am ish was on the phone with his bank as we were trying to ask about the monthly subscription, constantly would walking away to talk on the phone!! Unacceptable.
$30 for car wash only for the back end to come out completely untouched…..
I would like to give zero stars. The back of my car was still dirty when it came out. There were NO clean towels. I observed other people using towels out of the dirty bins. The vacuum suction was awful. If I’m going to pay $18 for a car wash, I would at least like to clean my car and leave with a clean car. I do NOT recommend this place.
Worst wash I ever got. Bird poop still there and it looks like tha back window was untouched.
None of the vacuums work, 2/however many there is .. towels are never out …. I took my car thru 2 times and the roof was completely untouched and well as the trunk area of my smaller SUV .my car is always dirty coming out compared to the other locations .. The car behind me got 2 driver side flat tires from going through.mind u it was a new vehicle. Only reason it gets any stars is the location..
