Staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. Vaccums don’t work, car doesn’t get clean due to brushes not expanding as should. Overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend visiting zips (Dixie location) 0/10
Zips car wash Breckenridge ln Louisville ky Location. Wanted to update a on going problem with this wash. Seems for 1, 1/2 years attempting to fix lights (lolly pops that wont illuminate when entering wash) after calling and complaining twice with no results im forced to re review this wash. Raven(Mgr) and her crew are fantastic, always very nice and attentive to an issue. Raven and SO MANY DIFF managers have put work order tickets in and nothing ever gets fixed. Raven is a great asset to your common! She resolves customer service issues with a great attitude and is very professional. Working in a car wash is a hard job and most often thankless by customers! EVERYTIME I see Raven she has a smile on her face and is very professional. All companies could use an employee like Raven. Matt a new employee is great as well but Raven is superior.Thank her for her great service and hard work!
